Legal agreement governing the use of vios4 gaming platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and vios4 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the vios4 website, services, and gaming products. By registering an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are permitted to register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify vios4 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
vios4 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering obligations. Before you can make a withdrawal, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by providing a clear, legible photograph of your Indonesian KTP showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and KTP number. Additional documentation may be requested at our discretion, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to request re-verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
vios4 accepts deposits through approved Indonesian banking channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to bank or e-wallet transfer limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution. vios4 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method in your name at our discretion. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours, depending on your VIP tier. VIP Gold members and above receive priority processing. vios4 reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or showing unusual patterns. You are permitted a maximum of five withdrawal requests per day. vios4 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your receiving bank may impose receiving fees beyond our control.
You acknowledge that all deposits are made voluntarily for the purpose of entertainment gaming. Deposited funds should represent discretionary income only and must not derive from borrowing, credit facilities, or funds needed for essential living expenses. vios4 is not responsible for any financial difficulties arising from your gaming activity. vios4 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus value. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10% or less. The maximum bet per round while wagering a bonus is typically Rp 25,000, though specific promotions may vary. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
You are permitted only one active bonus per account at any time. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players, using betting systems designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of advantage play, is strictly prohibited. vios4 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts involved in bonus abuse. In cases of suspected abuse, we may withhold funds pending investigation.
All games on vios4 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer protocols ensuring fair outcomes. You agree to use our services for personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited: using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play games; exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities; colluding with other players; engaging in chip dumping or any form of cheating; laundering funds through the platform; conducting any fraudulent activity. Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
All game results are final and binding once displayed on the platform. In the rare event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, vios4 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes. For sports betting, including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, all bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports authority or governing body. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to our sports betting rules available on the platform. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to customer support within 7 days of the game round or event conclusion.
vios4 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or stake at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage, syndicate betting, or abnormal betting patterns. We may impose betting limits, restrict access to specific games, or close accounts that pose a risk to platform integrity. Accounts showing evidence of systematic advantage play may be closed with funds returned minus any winnings derived from such activity.
All content on the vios4 platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, games, and trademarks, is the property of vios4 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission. The vios4 name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vios4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three months preceding the claim. vios4 is not responsible for losses resulting from user error, forgotten passwords, account compromise due to password sharing, technical failures beyond our control, or force majeure events including internet outages, server failures, or natural disasters. These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. vios4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, money laundering, or any illegal activity. In such cases, vios4 may withhold funds pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit balances associated with Terms violations. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 or account closure with funds remitted to your registered bank account.
Your use of vios4 services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy. We employ SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Personal information is never shared with third parties except as required for payment processing, regulatory compliance, or as required by law.
vios4 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address and by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of vios4 services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using our services and close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which vios4 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of vios4 services shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class arbitrations against vios4.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
